Overview

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in cafés, restaurants, and hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to high quality standards
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
